RBFF R3 Grants Key in on Retention
RBFF R3 Grants Key in on Retention

Looking to capitalize on the influx of new anglers and boaters seen during the pandemic, RBFF’s 2021 State R3 Program Grants will focus on retention of these new participants.

“Keeping this new group of anglers and boaters engaged will be one of the greatest challenges we face as a community,” said RBFF VP of Industry and Government Engagement, Dave Chanda. “That’s why we are pivoting to make sure our state agency partners are equipped to handle the task, bringing critical funding to their programs when they need it most.”

In an effort to get “boots-on-the-ground” early in the upcoming fishing and boating season, RBFF has moved the timeline for the 2021 State R3 Program Grants up to give support to early spring efforts. Please review the 2021 State R3 Program Grants RFP and Application for full details.

Proposals are due to Stephanie Hussey, State R3 Program Director, at shussey@rbff.org by January 15, 2021. Please email or call Stephanie at 703-778-5152 with any questions.

“We are looking forward to helping create lifelong anglers and boaters through the 2021 State R3 Program Grants,” added Chanda in closing.
