With the surge in new participants in 2020, it is essential to engage in retention efforts to ensure these newcomers stick with fishing and boating for years to come. RBFF and Discover Boating have some customer engagement/retention resources already in place but are looking to develop a more robust toolkit for industry and states based on recent research findings.
