Our yearly State Marketing Workshop, bringing states agencies together since 2008 to learn the latest marketing, recruitment, retention, and reactivation (R3) news and strategies is going virtual in 2021!

We are pleased to announce that Jay Baer will be our Workshop host and emcee! Jay is the founder of Convince & Convert, a digital strategy consulting firm that helps prominent companies gain and keep more customers.

Although the Workshop will be virtual, it will still provide all of the great aspects that past attendees have come to expect, as well as new opportunities:

• Engaging general sessions, informative breakouts and time to connect with other attendees.
• More agency employees will be able to attend! Be on the lookout for additional information on this coming soon.
• Jay Baer, who some may remember from the 2015 and 2016 Workshops, will be bringing his marketing expertise and enthusiasm to make the virtual Workshop one you won’t forget!

The 2021 State Marketing Workshop will be held February 23-25, 2021. Stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
