May 2010 – TakeMeFishing.org, the premier destination for boaters and anglers to learn, plan and equip for a day on the water, was selected as an Official Honoree in the Education category in The 14th Annual Webby Awards. The ‘where to’ and ‘how to’ site for boaters and anglers, which attracted nearly three million unique visitors in the last year, was among the top 15 percent of all work entered that exhibits remarkable achievement.
“We are thrilled to be recognized as a Webby Honoree for the second year in a row,” said RBFF President & CEO Frank Peterson. “We’re constantly working to improve the site and in 2010 we’re going to give visitors access in the palm of their hands, with a new mobile site and cutting edge boating and fishing app.”
